Day 1 Nairobi - Masai Mara
Meet and greet at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport with our Tour driver guide of Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris. Depart from Nairobi to start your safari to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley where you’ll stop for panoramic and breathtaking views. Descend the escarpment and drive through the Hemingway-trails to Narok town and proceed to Masai Mara check-in at your camp and have lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park viewing the migrating wildebeest and zebra. Search for the Cheetah, Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, and other members of the Big five plus other animals. Your dinner and overnight will at the Mara Sopa Lodge / Mara Simba Lodge.
Day 2 Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast at 0730hrs full day spent game viewing across the rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya, lunch is served in the park at the Mara River, the border of Kenya and Tanzania and the scene for yearly wildebeest migration after lunch continues with your game drive covering the park into sections. Return to the camp at 1730hrs. Optional visit to the Masai villages or nature walk with Masai guides can be taken at this time. Your dinner and overnight will at the Mara Sopa Lodge / Mara Simba Lodge / Mara Sentrim Camp.
Day 3 Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru
After the main breakfast, Leave Mara for Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and check-in at Lake Nakuru Hotel. Enjoy an afternoon game drive at the Lake Nakuru National park to see one of the largest ornithological spots. The Great Rift Valley has formed millions of years ago. Stretching some 6,500 kilometers from Jordan / Northern Africa to Mozambique / South Africa. It’s the largest Rift on Earth. In Kenya, the rift gave rise to many lakes that have become a habitat for diverse wildlife. One such lake is Lake Nakuru- an alkaline lake. Famously Lake Nakuru attracts seasonal vast numbers of fabulously colored pink flamingos to its shallow waters, Hippos, various animals, white and black rhinos, giraffes, tree-climbing lions, leopards and a profusion of birds are also present at the lake. Your dinner and overnight will at the Nakuru Sopa Lodge / Lake Nakuru Lodge.
Day 4 Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
After early breakfast, proceed for an en-route game drive in the park to see the lion, buffalo, hyena, water buck and the antelope. Depart for Nairobi after lunch for Nairobi and drive to a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint arriving in Nairobi at your hotel/residence between 16:30 hrs. and 17:00 hrs. with lots of treasured album and good memories to take home.

The Safari was overall amazing. In both the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru Reserves we got to see a large variety of animals, often multiple times each. While Masai Mara is a lot larger, and offers accordingly much space for animals, Lake Nakuru also creates an interesting environment, for birds in particular. We managed to see basically every animal that one could expect (exceptions being only Leopards and Hyenas). A deciding factor for that was our driver Joseph, who had a sixth sense for finding the ideal routes and places for animal spottings. In spite of a slight language barrier, he was also very knowledgeable about the animals and the environment. Lastly the lodges, where we stayed were also great with amazing buffets and friendly and helpful staff. We would like to again thank Joseph and also Carol from Bencia Africa for the organisation of a uniquely amazing experience.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, very good accomodation and lovely driver, Benjamin. Unfortunately the first day they arrived an hour and a half after the time they had told us. On the day itself they also told us we should have tipped the driver at least $20 which sounded like a fortune. Besides that, Benjamin was absolutely wonderful.

We had a lot of hiccups in the journey as our vehicle broke down. The stars are given for our driver Benjamin only. He is so good and calm and patient. But I expected better help from Bencia team when our vehicle broke down. We were stranded in a middle of village with no support for 2 hours and even then Alfred and team were so late in sending help. Benjamin made someone stop on road to take us to our destination and even then we didnt receive help from our agency which is a shame. When you came to know that our vehicle has broken down, one must send help immediately and not wait until 2 hours for people to get irritated. But Benjamin was a great buddy and made us see every animal possible. We saw big 5 and many more. It was a great trip but could have been better if agency would be helpful. I would rate Benjamin: 5/5 but Bencia team 3/5

The safari tour was absolutely brillant and became one of the best memories which we can’t forget. We visited lake Nakuru, Masai Mara national park for 4 days. Normally, the quality of safari tour depends on the skill and knowledge of tour guides, because tour guides drive through safari area and they find out animals. Joseph, who is our tour guide, is super professional. Thanks to his strong support, we could see all the major animals living in safari area, for example lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, zebra, giraffe, and other so many kinds of animals. One of our best experiences is watching leopard. Normally it’s difficult to see leopard, since they hide in trees for long time. Soon after Joseph received information of the leopard , he drove quickly there, and he estimated the way leopard comes. He stayed best position though there’re many other tour cars. Finally we could see them walking just in front of us, amazing. We strongly recommend the tour with Joseph!

It was an incredible experience from start to finish. What a chance to see the beautiful animals in their natural habitat. The lodges were great and very well Equipped and the buffet food was super yummy. Best of all if the amazing stafff. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful!
